In-Store Purchases

If you’ve made a purchase in-store and would like it delivered, we offer delivery for oversized items. Delivery charges vary depending on the product and your delivery address. For detailed information, please contact your local store directly.

Online Purchases

We deliver most online orders to locations across Quebec and the greater Ottawa area. Items marked “Eligible for free delivery” can be shipped anywhere in Canada.

At checkout, delivery options, rates, and estimated delivery times will be calculated based on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

Shipping Costs

Regular Items

• Free shipping on all orders of $99 or more (before taxes, after discounts/promotions) for items marked “Eligible for free shipping.”
• For orders under $99, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your items and delivery location.

Oversized Items

Oversized products are delivered via our white-glove service. A delivery fee of $99 or $149 (depending on the destination) will be added to your order at checkout.

Delivery Times

• Regular items: Typically 2–3 business days.
• Oversized items: Typically 5–10 business days via white-glove delivery.

Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Oversized Item Delivery

Oversized items are handled with care by our white-glove service:

• Fitness equipment is dropped at the first dry location.
• Other oversized items are delivered to your doorstep.
• Customers are responsible for clearing and preparing the delivery area. Failure to do so may result in a canceled delivery.

The delivery company will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to schedule a delivery date. After delivery, the company will take photos of the items to confirm they arrived in good condition
